The Real Issue We Have With Rest And Recovery
In today's mini episode I discuss what happens when we don't take time to rest and recover.
If you're someone who prides themselves on working hard there might be an underlying worthiness issue and I want to remind you we don't have to earn rest.
I briefly touch on what will happen if we don't rest and why working ourselves to the bone is sometimes detrimental to our progress.
Imagine if we were able to feel good prioritizing work and rest and what it would feel like to be operating from a healthy place.
Health is something we should all prioritize and rest and recovery are part of that process.
